Refund and Cancellation Policy
Thanks for shopping at Kesler Science.
All of the resources you purchase are delivered electronically. Unlike a t-shirt or a book, you can’t (really) return a PDF, Word document, or another file type once you’ve downloaded it. For that reason, all sales on Kesler Science of digital resources are considered final and nonrefundable.
Subscription to the Kesler Science Lab enables you to use the Kesler Science materials for as long as you are a subscriber. You may cancel the Kesler Science Lab membership at any time, but you will lose access to all of the membership resources. You will also lose licensing rights to materials downloaded through the membership.
The Kesler Science Lab is only open for new members a couple of times per year for a very limited time. If you decide to cancel, you will have to wait until the next enrollment period to re-enroll. There is no guarantee that the membership site will have future enrollment periods.
You are able to manage your billing directly from the Billing tab of the student account page.
To get there, click on your name or picture in the top right of your account on the site header and select My Account. From there, select Billing > View/cancel recurring payments (i.e. subscriptions and payment plans).
Please report any violations of use to [email protected]
Your account will be automatically billed on the same date each month or year depending on the payment plan you choose. The monthly payment plans are only offered a few select days each year. The account will become inactive if a payment is not made or declined after 3 attempts. You will receive email receipts for each transaction.
